Data Processing Agreement

Last updated: 2026-05-19

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract under which Emit Vision commits to process your customers’ personal data only as you instruct, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (e.g. GDPR Article 28).

Current status

Emit Vision does not have a standard DPA template available for self-service download. We are preparing one for general availability.

If you are an existing customer with a contractual or regulatory requirement for a DPA, or if you are evaluating the Service and need a DPA in place before onboarding, please contact us at [email protected] so we can discuss your requirements and the current review status.

What a DPA with Emit Vision would cover

When available, a standard DPA will address:

  • Subject matter, duration, and nature of processing
  • Purpose of processing and types of personal data
  • Obligations on Emit Vision as processor: processing only on documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, sub- processor management, data-subject rights assistance, deletion or return of data, and audit cooperation
  • Sub-processor list and notification of changes
  • International transfer mechanisms where applicable

Sub-processors

Our current and planned sub-processors are listed on the Subprocessors page.
