Questions you'd actually ask.

What counts as an event?
Any payload that flows through the ingest API — custom events, errors, and flag exposure events all count equally. We don't charge separately for errors or invent new pricing units. If you send 5M envelopes in a month, you've used 5M events.
What happens if I go over my plan's event limit?
You'll get a notification at 80% and again at 100%. Hobby has a hard cap. Overage behavior for Pro and Team is being finalised for general availability — contact us if you expect high volume during beta.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
During beta, data export and deletion are handled manually by the operator team. Contact us and we'll work with you on a timeline. We're building self-serve export and deletion for general availability.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Team?
Self-serve billing is not yet live. Join via the signup form and contact us to discuss upgrading — we're managing early-access accounts manually during beta.
Do you store PII?
Only what your code explicitly sends. The ingest API runs recursive sensitive-key scrubbing before storage — keys matching password, token, secret, authorization, and friends are redacted at the edge. Custom scrub rules are available on Pro and up.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual pricing is on the roadmap. During beta, billing is managed manually — contact us if you want to discuss a longer-term arrangement.
